FAQ

NOTE: Any changes to your account affecting your delivery (address changes, plan modifications, delivery schedule changes, and cancellations) must be submitted by 5PM Wednesday of the week prior to your next delivery. Modifications made after this time will go into affect the following week. If you miss the cutoff, please call 763-307-4041 and we will do what we can to assist you!

How do I pick my meals?

Our menus are chef curated. This means we take the guess-work and time out of eating healthy, alleviating the need to log-in and pick your meals each week. Half the fun is the anticipation and excitement over what new deliciousness you will receive! 

Are all the meals in my order going to be the same for the week? 

No way! The beauty of handing the meal prep over to us means you get lots of variety! Each week's menu is a blend of customer favorites and new seasonal additions. Most clients who are open to eating an array of foods will receive a minimum of 5 different entrees each week. If you have a number of ingredient restrictions or if you request not to have a specific meal again, then you may receive duplicates of a entree on the menu that week. Please know as restrictions go up, the variety of meals received each week goes down.

What if I don't like something? 

We aim to please! If you receive a meal that you are not satisfied with for any reason, just give us a call and we will send a replacement meal for free with your next delivery.

What if I have food allergies or restrictions?

If you have a special exemption or need, just let us know and we will work together to make your meals perfect for you. Please know that our kitchen is not peanut/tree nut free. Additionally, if you have extensive ingredient exclusions or severe food allergies, please understand that our service may not be the best fit for you. If you have any questions at all, don't hesitate to contact us!

Where do I find nutritional info?

Popular menu items with dietary information can be found on our sample menu page. Additionally, each entree you receive will have the nutritional info listed on it.  

When/how do I receive my meals?

We currently deliver meals during business hours on Tuesdays of each week. Click here for important info regarding deliveries.

How do change my delivery address?

Just log into your account and click on "view addresses". From there you can add/edit your existing address.

Can I have a specific delivery time? 

In order to keep our delivery fees affordable and keep our emissions impact as low as possible, we are unable to accommodate specific delivery time requests. You can however request a call or text when we are within an hour of your delivery.  

My needs have changed and I need more/less meals ea. week. How do I change meal plans?

It's easy to modify your meal plan subscription by logging into your Healthy Delivery account. Just click on 'manage subscription'. 

I'm going to be out of town. Can I skip a week?

Yes! We understand that your busy schedule may take you out of town from time to time (hopefully on vacation!), so we have made it easy to pause your plan. Just login to your Healthy Delivery account and choose the subscription you would like to modify.

How do I cancel?

Though we would be bummed to see you go, we understand there may come a time when you need to say goodbye. Just give us a call 763-307-4041 (we don’t bite!) and we will be more than happy to assist you.
